ABIKE DABIRI, SENIOR SPECIAL ASSISTANT TO BUHARI ON FOREIGN AFFAIRS VISITS NIGERIANS IN U.S.

Honorable Abike Dabiri-Erewa, the Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora was in New York recently and met with prominent Nigerians including the first African commanding officer and black woman to attain the position of New York's Deputy Chief of Police, Funmilayo Obe.
Abike Dabiri-Erewa held town hall meetings with Nigerians in three states of New York, Connecticut and New Jersey.

During the meetings, Abike encouraged the attendees to be good ambassadors of Nigeria by attaining excellence in their various fields in order to improve the Nigerian brand.

She also assured them of the continuous support from the government of Buhari who will explore all means to ensure that they are not disenfranchised while living abroad.
