Too Faced started the trend last year with the release of their Sweet Peach eyeshadow palette (you can see my review on that lovely palette here!) Late last year, the whole collection expanded to include the Papa Don't Peach blush (see my review here!) and the Sweet Peach Glow Peach-Infused Highlighting palette (also, see my review here!)
Also, the expanded collection included a range of creamy lip glosses ranging from a peachy nude to electric peach and every shade in between! I picked up one of the lip glosses and couldn't wait to dig in!
Too Faced Sweet Peach Creamy Peach Oil Lip Gloss in "Papa Don't Peach" ~ $24.00. A whipped peach lip oil with the shine of a gloss and the moisture of a lip balm.
The shade I picked is Papa Don't Peach and it is described as a "spiced peach", which is one of the more neutral shades in the collection but I wanted something for an every day shade in the Spring.
These lip glosses are infused with the skin-loving essence of peach, coconut oil, and vitamins, and of course, each shade smells like peaches!!!
This gloss is beautiful - it goes on super smooth and is not sticky feeling! Plus the scent is amazing! Everything in the Too Faced Sweet Peach collection reminds me of fuzzy peaches. While it may seem weird at first to have your makeup smells like peaches, it's actually amazing!
I think that Papa Don't Peach is the perfect everyday, wearable shade for this Spring's Peach trend! This range of peach oil lip glosses comes in a good range so if you want to be bolder than me in your peach choice, there is something for you!
I haven't really jumped on the lip gloss trend too quickly, but these are a great place to start! I'm really happy with the formula of these glosses - soft and smooth and not sticky! I will say, they aren't the longest wearing formula but they do fade nicely and don't look patchy or weird!
